Instructor Training
Ever wished your company had an in-house instructor to avoid repeatedly sending people away on courses? It’s a simple process at A&M with our instructor training course.
Our “Train the Trainer” course is an ideal solution for companies spending a lot on getting staff driving fork lifts safely; we’ll train members of your team to a standard where they can instruct others.
It’s a great way to expand your employee skills without risking losing them to another company; the course satisfies health and safety and insurance requirements but only qualifies your team instructors to train directly for you, creating all the cost and time saving of an in-house fork truck instructor.
Trainee Requirements
Trainees should have, or will need to achieve, a current Fork Lift Truck Nationally Recognised Certificate to become an in-company trainer. This can be completed through A&M Training before or after the Train the Trainer course.
