5 day in house instructor

Do you find that after investing time and money training your staff to a nationally recognised standard they leave taking their qualification with them?

If you are experiencing this problem why not train one member of your staff to be able to take on the responsibility
for in-house training.

It will save you time and money and provide you with the convenience of training staff as and when you need to.
You will also be able to satisfy Health & Safety and insurance requirements by providing in-company fork lift training
but it does not give the trainee a recognised qualification certificate to take on to another job.
